Rahul Agarwal Replaces Prabhas Dansana As Part-Time Government Director Of CONCOR

Rahul Agarwal has been appointed as Part-Time Government Director of Container Corporation (CONCOR) of India Limited, effective April 9, 2026. He has replaced Prabhas Dansana, with immediate effect, and will hold the position until he serves as Principal Executive Director of Traffic Transportation and Movement (TTM) at the Railway Board or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Agarwal is a 1992 batch officer of the Indian Railways Traffic Service (IRTS) with over three decades of experience in railway operations and policy. He currently serves as Principal Executive Director of TT&M at the Railway Board. In this role, he is responsible for freight policy formulation and oversees planning and execution of freight movement across the rail network. He has held positions including Principal Chief Operations Manager at South East Central Railway and Divisional Railway Manager of Mysuru Division under South Western Railway. Agarwal has also worked with South Eastern Railway, Northern Railway, and North Central Railway, handling operations, commercial planning, and safety functions.
