Radhika V. Haribhakti Retires As Independent Director Of ICRA

Radhika Vijay Haribhakti ceased to be the Independent Director of ICRA Limited after the completion of her final term with effect from December 4, 2024.

Haribhakti has over three decades of experience in commercial and investment banking with Bank of America, JM Morgan Stanley, and RH Financial, and now serves as an Independent Director on multiple corporate Boards. She is also closely involved with issues of women’s empowerment, financial inclusion, and CSR. She serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Bajaj Finance Ltd., Bajaj Finserv Ltd., Data Link Investment Manager Pvt. Ltd. (a Brookfield entity), EIH Associated Hotels Ltd., NOCIL Ltd., and Torrent Power Ltd. Haribhakti is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A).
