Radhika Haribhakti Retires As Independent Director Of EIH Associated Hotels
Radhika Haribhakti has completed her term as an Independent Director of EIH Associated Hotels Limited w.e.f. May 21, 2025.
Haribhakti has over three decades of experience in commercial and investment banking. She has worked with Bank of America, JM Morgan Stanley, and DSP Merrill Lynch, advising corporates and managing equity and debt offerings in domestic and international markets. She is an Independent Director at Bajaj Finserv, ICRA Ltd, Navin Fluorine International Ltd, Pipeline Infrastructure Ltd, Rain Industries Ltd, and Torrent Power Ltd. She offers advisory services through RH Financial Services.
She has served on non-profit Boards for over 18 years and was Chair of Friends of Women’s World Banking and Swadhaar FinAccess. She is a commerce graduate from Gujarat University and holds a postgraduate management degree from IIM Ahmedabad.
