R. Venkattesh Resigns as Head of Operations & CIO of DCB Bank

R. Venkattesh has tendered his resignation from the post of Head of Operations, Technology, and Human Resources and CIO of DCB Bank to pursue his other interests and explore other opportunities. His resignation will be effective on February 7, 2024.

Before joining DCB Bank, R. Venkattesh served as the Head of Human Resources for Countries at Standard Chartered Bank. With more than 32 years of experience, his expertise spans various domains, including Manufacturing, Banking, Information Technology, Data Sciences, BPO/KPO, Organizational transformation, Human Resource Management, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He holds a B.Com degree and has completed his Postgraduate Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management at XISS in Ranchi.
