Quess Corp Elevates Lohit Bhatia As CEO; Announces Key Leadership Changes

Quess Corp Board has elevated Lohit Bhatia to Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2026; revised Guruprasad Srinivasan’s designation to Executive Director; and appointed Neeraj Jain as Chief Financial Officer.

Quess Corp announced a leadership realignment to sharpen market focus and strengthen succession planning. The Board has elevated Lohit Bhatia, President of India and Global Operations, to Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective 1 January 2026. With 28 years of leadership experience, Bhatia has been instrumental in scaling Quess’ staffing business from 13,000 to over 480,000 associates and driving technology-led service delivery, margin expansion, and international growth across the Middle East, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. He will work closely with Executive Director Guruprasad Srinivasan to advance the company’s global strategy.

Guruprasad Srinivasan’s designation has been revised from Executive Director & Group Chief Executive Officer to Executive Director of Quess Corp Limited. A founding member and the fourth employee of the company, he brings over 25 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at GE Health, Hewitt Associates, and People One Consulting. At Quess, he has built the Workforce Management Platform into an industry-leading proposition, established the Shared Services Centre, integrated the Asset Management business, and contributed to key corporate-level decisions. A natural leader, he also pursues photography and vintage vehicle restoration as personal interests.

Company has appointed Neeraj Jain as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he brings over two decades of experience driving scale and transformation across global technology, services, fintech, manufacturing, and pharma companies. He previously served as Global CFO of Startek, leading its take-private transaction and major restructuring initiatives. Neeraj has also held leadership roles at Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, Comviva, and Convergys, managing global teams across finance, IT, legal, procurement, supply chain, risk, and compliance. He is a member of ASSOCHAM’s National Council of CFOs and co-founded the “Oxygen 4 India” COVID-relief initiative.
