PVR Inox Appoints Gaurav Sharma as CFO

The Board of PVR Inox Limited has appointed Gaurav Sharma as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from August 1, 2024. He replaced Nitin Sood, who submitted his resignation with effect from July 31, 2024, and decided to move on to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Gaurav Sharma has been associated with the company since May 2022 as Sr. Vice President, Finance, and Head, Investor Relations. Sharma is a seasoned finance professional with 18 years of holistic experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, M&A, JVs, Investor Relations, FP&A, Treasury, Equity and Debt Fund Raising, Cash Flow Management, Business Finance, Budgeting and Business Analytics. He has a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA in Finance from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He has earlier served organisations like Bharti Enterprises (Bharti Airtel Group), Axis Capital and Avendus Capital holding important and crucial portfolios in finance.
