Punita Kumar Sinha To Share Insights On Board Stewardship At Delhi Board Stewardship Huddle

Board Stewardship is set to host the Delhi edition of its flagship event, the Board Stewardship Huddle, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The Women’s Day special edition will convene Board members, Independent Directors, governance experts, and business leaders for discussions on the evolving dynamics of boardroom stewardship.

The evening will begin with a welcome address by Vikesh Wallia, followed by the inaugural keynote by Arun Karna, MD & CEO of AT&T Global Network Services India Pvt. Ltd. and SVP for India and ASEAN at AT&T Business.

Among the key highlights of the evening will be a session by Punita Kumar Sinha, an Independent Director on multiple Boards and a respected voice in global finance and governance.

With extensive experience across financial markets, investment management and Corporate Governance, Sinha will share insights on the evolving role of Board Stewardship and the growing responsibilities of Directors in shaping resilient and accountable organisations.

Sinha currently serves as an Independent Director at Tata Capital and is the co-founder of Pacific Paradigm Advisors LLP. Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director at Blackstone, and has served on the Boards of leading companies such as Infosys Limited and JSW Steel Limited.

At the Huddle, her session titled ‘Session on Board Stewardship’ will focus on how Boards can move beyond traditional oversight to play a more proactive role in guiding strategy, strengthening governance and enabling organisations to manage an increasingly complex business environment.

The Board Stewardship Huddle will revolve around the theme “Stewardship in Boardrooms,” examining the changing role of Directors and the growing influence of women in shaping governance frameworks and accountability structures. The event will feature keynote addresses, spotlight sessions and panel discussions on boardroom effectiveness, leadership pathways and responsible oversight.

The Board Stewardship Huddle aims to bring together Board members, CXOs and governance professionals to connect, collaborate and engage in meaningful conversations around the future of Board leadership.

Huddle is open only to pre-registered invitees.
