PTC Industries’ Independent Director Rakesh Chandra Katiyar Passes Away

PTC Industries Limited has announced the sad demise of Dr. Rakesh Chandra Katiyar, Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company, on March 16, 2024.

Dr. Rakesh Chandra Katiyar has served as an Independent Director on PTC’s Board of Directors since April 2007, and he was reappointed for a second term of five years in September 2019. Alongside this role, Dr. Katiyar holds the esteemed position of professor at Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur. In his capacity as an Independent Director, he actively contributed to upholding a strong corporate governance structure. He holds degrees of M.Com., Ph.D., FICWA, and D.Litt.
