Promoter Family Members Dilip G. Piramal & Radhika Piramal Resign From VIP Industries Board

VIP Industries said promoter family members Dilip G. Piramal and Radhika Piramal have resigned from the Board.

Dilip Piramal has been appointed as Chairman Emeritus effective September 23, 2025, and Radhika Piramal has resigned as Vice Chairperson and Executive Director. According to the company, Dilip Piramal will serve without remuneration and without a position on the Board.

Atul Jain has been appointed as Managing Director (Additional Director) w.e.f. September 23, 2025, subject to approval by the members of the company.

Neetu Kashiramka has resigned as MD but will remain employed until October 31, 2025, and will continue to head the business until that date.

Ashish Saha resigned as Executive Director and will continue with the company as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Manufacturing and New Projects. The Board added Renuka Ramnath, Sridhar Sankararaman, Shalini D. Piramal, and Rajendra Agarwal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors effective September 23, 2025.

Dilip Piramal is a veteran industrialist with over 50 years of experience in the luggage industry. He has played a key role in shaping and expanding the luggage sector in India, contributing to the growth and development of VIP Industries. He is a commerce graduate.

Radhika Piramal is a graduate of Oxford University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She began her career as a Management Consultant with Brian & Company, New York, and later worked with Carlton Travel Goods Limited, London. With over a decade of experience in the luggage and travel accessories sector, she has played a key role in managing and strategising business growth at VIP Industries, contributing to its position as a leading brand in the industry.
