Prism Johnson’s Anil Suresh Kulkarni, CEO Of RMC Division, Has Resigned To Pursue Career Growth

The Board of Directors of Prism Johnson Limited has noted the resignation tendered by Anil Suresh Kulkarni, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (RMC), as Director of the company from February 28, 2025, in order to pursue career growth opportunities. Kulkarni also ceased to be a member of the Risk Management Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and other internal committees.

Kulkarni joined the company in July 2022, and prior to this role, he worked with Infra Market as National Head – Concrete; ACC Limited as Head of Sales & Operations; and Ultratech Cement Limited as Head – Technical Services. He earned his PGDM marketing degree from the Institute of Management Education and Research and did his BE from KLE Society’s College of Engineering & Technology.
