Prestige Estate Projects’ CEO, Venkata Narayana K., Steps Down

Venkata Narayana K. has tendered his resignation as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prestige Estates Projects Limited and also from the committees of the Board, with effect from May 10, 2024.

Venkat K. Narayana has 25 years’ experience and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He successfully listed Prestige shares on the Indian Stock Exchange. He was recognised with the ET NOW CEO of the Year award and honoured as one of the property sector’s best CFOs in Asia by Institutional Investor Magazine; he also received the CEO of the Year award (ICMAI) from Shri Piyush Goyal. He is deeply committed to philanthropy, spearheading various welfare initiatives.
