Praveen Baser named CFO of Reliance Industrial Infrastructure

The Board of Directors of Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited has appointed Praveen Baser as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from July 19, 2024. He replaced Sindhu Menon, who will be taking up a new role within the group.

Praveen Baser, 46, is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has over 22 years of experience in the fields of financial accounting, master data Management, and project accounts. He has been associated with Reliance Group for more than 20 years across various businesses and functions. Baser is a commerce graduate.
