Pratibha Jaiswal Succeeds Neha Saraf As Company Secretary Of Kanoria Chemicals & Industries

Pratibha Jaiswal has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Limited with effect from December 16, 2024. She will replace Neha Saraf, who has resigned.

Pratibha Jaiswal is an associate member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICAI), and has more than a decade of experience. She was previously associated with Ludlow Jute and Specialities Ltd. as Company Secretary.
