Prataap Snacks’ Independent Director Vineet Kapila Has Retired

Vineet Kumar Kapila ceased to be an Independent Director of Prataap Snacks Limited upon completion of his second term of five years, with effect from August 2, 2024.

Initially, he was appointed as an additional Director on July 22, 2016, and he was confirmed as an Independent Director on August 3, 2016. Kapila is Chief Operating Officer, RPC North at United Spirits Ltd. Earlier, he held the position of MD at Spencer’s Retail Ltd. He holds an honours diploma in industrial relations and welfare from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
