Prasanna Oke Resigns As Deputy CFO Of Hinduja Global Solutions After A Brief Tenure

Prasanna Oke, Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited and designated Senior Management Personnel, resigned from the company on September 6, 2024, citing personal reasons. His resignation was accepted, and he was relieved of his responsibilities at the close of working hours on the same day. Oke had a brief tenure of just four months, having joined the company in June 2024. Before his role at Hinduja Global, he served as an Advisor to a Bengaluru-based firm, Confidential Company.

Earlier in his career, Prasanna held key positions, including Senior Vice President and CFO of Sonata Software from 2015 to 2019, and General Partner and CFO of Basil Technologies Private Limited from 2019 to 2022.

He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has completed a Global Leadership Program at INSEAD. Additionally, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
