Prakash Kalathu Iyer resigns from Fino Payment Bank Limited

Fino Payment Bank limited announced the resignation of Prakash Kalathu Iyer from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director on 3th June, 2023.
Prakash Kulathu Iyer has almost thirty years of experience. Alongside coaching CEOs and advising leadership teams, he is also an advisor to Multiples, a billion-dollar PE fund. In the past, he served as an Independent Director for Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited and is currently on the boards of Livpure Private Limited and Milltec Machinery (both companies in which Multiples has invested). He played an active role in helping these companies improve their sales, distribution, and advertising strategies. Additionally, Iyer served as a director for Xerox India Limited. Before his current ventures, he held positions such as Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark Lever, CEO of Infomedia India Limited, and Executive Director at PepsiCo responsible for operations in South India and Sri Lanka. He began his career at Hindustan Lever Limited (now Hindustan Unilever Limited) after earning an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
