Pradeep Bhide Set To Step Down As Board Member Of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced that Pradeep V. Bhide will step down as a board member, effective from January 7, 2025.

Bhide also serves on the Board of Borosil Renewables Ltd. and is a member of its Audit & Risk Management Committee. He is enrolled as an advocate with the Delhi Bar Council. Bhide joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1973 and has served for 37 years. He held a series of increasingly senior positions at the state and central levels. He retired as Secretary of the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, in January 2010. Bhide is a science and law graduate from Delhi University (DU) and has done his master’s in business administration (MBA) from IGNOU.
