Power Mech Projects’ Company Secretary Mohith Khandelwal resigns from his post

Mohith Kumar Khandelwal, Company Secretary of Power Mech Projects Limited had tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and he would be relieved from the services on July 15, 2024.

Mohith Kumar Khandelwal is a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and joined the company in September 2020. Prior to Power Mech Projects he has worked with Fenoplast as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and P.S Rao And Associates Company Secretaries as a Trainee.
