Piyush Asija To Step Down As Company Secretary Of KRBL

Piyush Asija, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of KRBL Limited, has resigned in pursuit of a new professional opportunity outside the organisation, effective February 27, 2026.

Asija is a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary with over 16 years of experience in Corporate Governance and regulatory affairs. He served as Head of Legal and Company Secretary at TCNS Clothing Co. Ltd. from July 2010 to June 2024, leading legal and secretarial functions and managing corporate actions including private equity infusion, IPO on NSE and BSE, restructuring, and M&A transactions. He earlier worked with People Strong HR Services and Emaar MGF. Asija holds an LLB from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, an LLM from Kurukshetra University, a diploma in cyber laws from the Indian Law Institute, and an ESG certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has handled compliance, litigation, risk management, and board advisory matters across sectors.
