Pioneer Embroideries’ Independent Director Joginder Baweja Retires

Joginder Kumar Baweja, Independent Director of Pioneer Embroideries Limited, has retired from directorship with effect from February 5, 2024, due to the cessation of their second term as Independent Directors.

Joginder Kumar Baweja, aged 68, has 39 years of experience and completed his tenure as the MD of the National Handloom Development Corporation in May 2013. Baweja contributed his expertise to organisations such as the National Textiles Corporation and NHDC. Starting as a Production Manager at NTC in 1988, he progressed to the position of Chief General Manager before departing from the company in 2007. Subsequently, he assumed the role of MD at NHDC. He holds a degree in Textile Engineering from Punjab University and is a graduate in Management from Nagpur.
