PI Industries Appoints Sanjay Agarwal as CFO

The Board of Directors of PI Industries Limited has appointed Sanjay Agarwal as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (KMP) of the company w.e.f. August 26, 2024. He replaced Manikantan Viswanathan, who has attained the age of superannuation.

Agarwal is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having served Jyothy Labs as CFO between 2018 and August 2024. He has worked with Adani Capital Ltd. as Executive Director; Macquarie Capital Advisers as Head-Equity Capital Markets, India; Edelweiss Capital Ltd. as Vice President, Investment Banking; HDFC Chubb as National Head-Speciality Insurance; and Arthur Andersen as Manager-Assurance and Business Advisory. Agarwal has completed his Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and his Executive Development Program from The Wharton School.
