P&G Hygiene and Health Care Names Mrinalini Srinivasan as New CFO

On May 28, Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited’s Board of Directors appointed Mrinalini Srinivasan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 29, 2024. Srinivasan succeeds Prashant Bhatnagar, who has submitted his resignation, effective June 28, 2024, as he prepares to depart from P&G.

A graduate of the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi, Mrinalini Srinivasan currently oversees Corporate Finance and serves as the executive sponsor for gender equality within P&G’s India operations. Her journey with P&G began in 2008 when she joined as a fresh hire from campus, and since then, she has dedicated 16 years to P&G, spanning across three diverse regions: Singapore, India, and Dubai. Throughout her tenure, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives and delivered exceptional results for various crucial P&G businesses. In her most recent role, she held the position of Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India. Previously, she served as the Regional Business Planning Director for the Asia, Middle East, and Africa sector, as well as the Finance Director for the Feminine Care business in the India, Middle East, and Africa region, based in Dubai. Srinivasan completed her undergraduate studies in engineering at Shri GS Institute of Technology and Sciences, Indore.
