PFS Appoints Manas Mohanty as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS) has approved the appointment of Manas Ranjan Mohanty as the Additional Director in the category of Independent Director for three years with immediate effect. Subject to the approval of the members of the company.

Manas Ranjan Mohanty has more than three decades of experience. He is an associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) as well as the Insurance Institute of India (AIII). He is a former Managing Director of Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (BRBNMPL) and has held several positions at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Law (LLB).
