Pfizer Appoints Chetan Solse as India Legal Lead

Pfizer Limited’s Board of Directors has appointed Chetan Solse as the India Legal Lead, effective November 18, 2024. He will also serve as a senior management personnel (SMP) of the company from this date.

Solse is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), UK, and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to joining Pfizer, he served as Head of Legal & Risk Management for India and neighbouring markets at Roche Diagnostics India Private Limited. His career spans key legal roles at Parle Agro Private Ltd, Diageo India Private Limited, and Edwards Life Sciences (India) Pvt. Ltd.

A graduate of the University of Mumbai, Solse holds degrees in Commerce and Law.
