Pavitra Rajaram appointed as the Independent Director

Pavitra Rajaram has been appointed as an Independent Director for Gokaldas Exports Ltd. effective April 26, 2023, and will serve for a term of 5 years. She is the founder and Creative Director of Pavitra Rajaram Design, a multidisciplinary design practice that covers architecture & interior design, brand strategy, experience design, and product design. Additionally, she holds the position of Design Director for Asian Paints. Pavitra Rajaram worked as the Lead Designer for the luxury retail brand Good Earth for 25 years, where she was also responsible for Visual Merchandising, Creative Strategy, and Communication Strategy, and played a significant role in creating two ancillary brands: Nicobar and Paro. For the past 15 years, she has been advising clients in the retail sector on creative strategy, design thinking, and ways to develop comprehensive customer experiences by innovating in product, retail, and below the line communication strategy.
