Panchmahal Steel Appoints Hanish Malhotra as COO

Panchmahal Steel Limited’s Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Hanish Ashok Malhotra, son of Chairman and Managing Director Ashok Malhotra, to become the Chief Operating Officer and SMP with effect from February 5, 2024. The Board had also reappointed Samir Madhusudan Parikh as Non-executive independent director for 5 years, with effect from February 4, 2024. All the changes are subject to the approval of the members of the company.

Hanish Malhotra has significant exposure in the Stainless Steel Industry. He has previously worked with the company as Director (Marketing) for more than 11 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Richmond American University, London.

Samir Madhusudan Parikh is an international leadership trainer, accomplished entrepreneur, successful mentor, and prominent speaker with more than 30 years of experience, including 15 years in the corporate sector as an HR professional. Parikh is also a certified strengths coach, a lead culture expert, and an individual and organisational assessor who has designed and delivered innovative and impactful programmes for students, entrepreneurs, and senior executives.
