P.N. Vijay And Sanjeev Rungta Retired From The Board Of Directors Of Maharashtra Seamless

P.N. Vijay and Sanjeev Rungta, Non-Executive Independent Directors of Maharashtra Seamless Limited, have completed their second term on September 25, 2024, and have ceased as Directors of the company.

P.N. Vijay is Managing Director of Loan Saathi, and he is currently on the Board of Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Nayara Energy, and Dabur India Ltd. Earlier, he worked with Citibank and ANZ Grindlays Bank. He has completed an M.Sc. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and earned a bachelor’s degree from Presidency College, Chennai.
