Ogilvy Promotes Fiona Gordon As Global Chief Of Advertising

Ogilvy has promoted Fiona Gordon to Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of advertising, making her part of the agency’s global executive committee. Reporting to Ogilvy’s global CEO, Devika Bulchandani, Gordon brings extensive experience, having previously served as Ogilvy U.K. CEO. Throughout her long career at Ogilvy, she has held leadership positions across EMEA, Asia, and the U.S.

In her new role, Gordon will oversee Ogilvy’s global advertising, brand, and content capabilities, aligning them with evolving client needs. She expressed excitement about working with Ogilvy’s creative leaders to produce impactful work that drives business success and cultural relevance.

Gordon’s promotion follows parent company WPP’s acquisition of New Commercial Arts (NCA), a U.K.-based independent creative agency. NCA’s CEO, James Murphy, will assume Gordon’s former role as Ogilvy U.K. CEO.
