Oberoi Realty Appoints Anil Harish as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Oberoi Realty has approved the appointment of Anil Harish as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director with effect from April 1, 2024, for 5 years.

Anil Harish has been on the Managing Committee of the Indian Merchants Chamber, the Chamber of Tax Consultants, and the ITAT Bar Association. He is also the office bearer of several institutions in the legal field, such as the Society of Indian Law Firms, of which Harish was the Vice President. He is the Chairman of the Land Reforms Sub-Committee of CII. He has been ranked by the prestigious legal directory Chambers & Partners as a leading tax lawyer. He is a much sought-after speaker in India and abroad, has given several professional speeches, and has authored several articles that have been published in the leading newspapers and journals of the country. He is the Director of several prestigious public limited companies, including Hinduja Global Solutions, NDL Ventures, Blue Star, and Emaar India. He is a trustee of several educational and charitable trusts, such as the D. M. Harish Foundation and the Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board. He completed his B.A. and LL.B. in Mumbai and thereafter completed his LL.M. from the University of Miami.
