Nykaa’s Falguni Nayar Retired from Dabur India’s Board

Falguni Sanjay Nayar, Non-Executive Independent Director of Dabur India Limited, has completed her second term on July 27, 2024, and consequently has ceased as Director of the Company w.e.f. July 28, 2024.

Falguni Nayar is the founder and CEO of Nykaa.com. She serves on the Boards of Tata Motors and ACC. She also served as an India Advisor at Temasek, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Singapore, and was a founding member of the Asia Society in India as well as a Board Member at Business Standard. She has worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, where she set up the firm’s international operations in London and New York. She eventually became Head of Institutional Equities and later took on additional responsibilities as Managing Director of the Investment Banking business. Before Kotak Mahindra, she worked as a consultant with A. F. Ferguson & Co. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics. She has received numerous accolades, including the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) award for top woman achiever in banking and the Business Today award, which recognises her as one of the top 25 women in business.
