Nuvama Wealth Management’s Independent Director Navtej S. Nandra Resigns

Navtej S. Nandra, Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons. He also ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board.

Navtej S. Nandra brings over 30 years of expertise in consulting and financial services, and he is an Independent Director at Percent Technologies. His Board experience includes working at Edelweiss Financial, Huaxin Fund Management, Nuveen Investments, OakNorth Bank, Pidilite USA, the Centres for Governance, Institutions, and Organisations (CGIO), and Asset Management Research and Investments (CAMRI). He was a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the National University of Singapore. He also worked as President of E*TRADE Financial, CEO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and held Executive Committee positions at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management and Merrill Lynch Global Investment Banking. He worked with the Cambridge Group and was a Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton. He earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi.
