Nominee Directors of Kamat Hotels (India), Kaushal Biyani & Hrishikesh Parandekar Resigned

Kaushal Biyani and Hrishikesh Parandekar, nominated by Purple Clover Tree LLP (the debt holder), have tendered their resignation from directorship (in the capacity of Nominee Directors) of Kamat Hotels (India) Limited with effect from April 4, 2024.

The resignation of both the Nominee Directors is on account of the repayment of the entire outstanding amount due to Purple Clover Tree LLP as per the terms of the Debenture Trust Deed dated January 19, 2023. Consequently, Kaushal Biyani shall cease to be a member of the Audit Committee.
