Nitin Aggarwal Resigned As Group CFO Of Religare Enterprises

Nitin Aggarwal, Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Religare Enterprises Limited, resigned to pursue opportunities outside the company on November 12, 2024.

Aggarwal is a finance and management professional with 20+ years of experience in financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, and IT sectors. Previously, he has worked for Fortune US MNCs for 14 years (Citi, GE, Delphi, and Coca-Cola). Aggarwal has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has done Chartered Accountancy (Tax Accounts and Finance) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
