Niti Ayog Appoints BVR Subrahmanyam As CEO

BVR Subrahmanyam has been appointed as the new CEO of Niti Aayog, succeeding Parameswaran Iyer. His appointment has been approved by the Cabinet Committee on Appointments and will be effective for two years. Iyer has been appointed as the Executive Director of World Bank, replacing Rajesh Khullar. Iyer has previously served as Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation.
