Nippon Life India Asset Appoints Parag Joglekar As CFO; Amol Bilagi Designated As Dy CFO

The Board of Directors of Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited has approved the appointment of Parag Joglekar as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), and Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) with effect from September 19, 2024.

Consequently, Amol Bilagi, who was appointed as the interim CFO and KMP on January 4, 2024, will be designated as Deputy CFO w.e.f. September 19, 2024.

Joglekar is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 25 years of experience. Currently he is working with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd. (ABSLAMC) as CFO. He has been associated with ABSLAMC since 2006. Prior to this, he worked with Strategic Capital Corporation Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Vice President, Financial Administration.
