Ninad Gadgil Executive Director & CEO of Carborundum Universal Steps Down

Carborundum Universal Limited has announced several management changes. Ninad Gadgil, who has been heading the Abrasives business of the company in India, is being transferred to M/s. Wendt (India), an associate company, as its Executive Director and CEO with effect from May 6, 2024, and consequently has stepped down from Carborundum on May 5, 2024.

C. Srikanth, who is currently the Executive Director and CEO of Wendt India, has been appointed as the Business Head of Abrasives Business with effect from May 6, 2024.

Bhaskharan Kannun, Head of Human Resources, will be retiring from the services of the company with effect from August 31, 2024.

Shyam C. Raman has been appointed as President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Designate, with effect from July 1, 2024, and he will take over as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from September 1, 2024.
