Nilesh Kushe Appointed Executive VP – Construction at Oberoi Realty

Nilesh Kushe has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Construction, at Oberoi Realty Limited, with effect from January 25, 2024. The company also announced the resignation of Basav Mukherjee from the post of Chief Executive Officer, Leisure Homes, with effect from January 25, 2024.

Nilesh Kushe has over two decades of experience in hospitality, commercial, and residential real estate, with expertise in project management, cost control, budget and change management, contracts, procurement, feasibility assessments, design oversight, and value engineering. A seasoned civil engineer, he has earlier worked with reputed real estate and infrastructure companies.
