Neuland Laboratories Ltd appoints Independent Directors

Sugata Sircar and Pallavi Joshi Bhakru were appointed as the Independent Director of Neuland Laboratories Ltd on 27th June 2023. Homi Rustam Khusrokhan the Independent Director has also been reappointed.

Sircar has more than 32 years of experience in Energy & Automation, Textiles, Chemicals, Tyres, City Gas Distribution, and FMCG. He is presently the Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Azure Power Global Ltd. Sircar served as CFO at Schneider Electric India for over 7 years. He has been the Managing Director at Gujarat Gas and prior to that, he was also Finance Director & CFO at Gujarat Gas. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has completed a Global Advanced Management Program at ISB-Kellogg School, India/US. He completed his Business Leaders Program at Harvard Business School.

Pallavi Joshi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Member of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. She is the Head of the Private Client Service offering at Grant Thornton in India. She has over 30 years of experience spanning solutions and clients in different sectors.

Homi Khusrokhan has over 40 years of rich experience in the corporate sector. He was the Managing Director of Glaxo & Burroughs Wellcome in India from 1996- 2000.
