Navin Nayar Appointed Independent Director at Jupiter Wagons

The Board of Directors of Jupiter Wagons Limited has approved the appointment of Navin Nayar as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, with effect from July 14, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders.

Nayar is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has over 30 years of experience in the fields of audit, taxation, and financial services, and is a consultant to many large corporations in diverse industries. He is associated with reputed companies such as Kilburn Engineering, Bengal Tea & Fabrics, Rungamattee Tea & Industries, Duncan International (India), etc. as an Independent Director and also Chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of other committees.
