Navin Fluorine International’s Independent Director Radhika Haribhakti Retires

Radhika Haribhakti shall cease to be an Independent Director of Navin Fluorine International Limited upon completion of her second term on July 29, 2024.

Haribhakti has over 30 years of experience in the field of commercial and investment banking, having worked with Bank of America, JM Morgan Stanley, DSP Merrill Lynch, and RH Financials. She has provided advisory services to numerous large corporations and led their IPOs, FPOs, GDRs, and ADR offerings. Since 1996, she has been actively involved in the development of the microfinance sector as a Board Member and Chairperson of Friends of Women’s World Banking. She holds a degree in commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in management from IIM Ahmedabad.
