
Naveen Chopra To Exit Paramount, Take Over As CFO At Roblox
Paramount Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Naveen Chopra will step down from his role effective June 27, 2025, and will assume his new position as CFO at gaming platform Roblox on June 30, 2025.
Following Chopra’s exit, Andrew Warren will serve as Executive Vice President and interim CFO at Paramount.
Before joining Paramount, Chopra was CFO of Amazon’s Devices and Services Business, managing key segments like Alexa, FireTV, and Kindle. Earlier, as CFO of Pandora Media, he played a key role in its turnaround and eventual USD 3.5 billion acquisition by SiriusXM. He also held leadership roles at TiVo, including interim CEO and CFO, and supported its merger with Rovi. Chopra began his career in business development at companies such as Microsoft, HP, and several startups. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Stanford University.
Warren is currently a strategic adviser to the office of the CEO and previously served as CFO of Discovery Communications, STX Entertainment, and NBCU Television Group.
