Narahari Naidu To Step Down As CFO Of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India

Narahari Naidu, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited, has resigned to pursue new opportunities outside the company, effective October 15, 2025.

Naidu has more than 14 years of experience across sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and consulting. He most recently served as Group CFO for organisations operating in India, the UK, and the USA, managing financial performance and global finance functions. He has held key roles in listed companies and provident fund-backed entities, overseeing finance and accounts, procurement, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking and treasury, and IPO management.
