Renuka A. Upadhyay ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from the close of working hours of September 04, 2023.

Renuka Upadhyay’s professional experience includes serving as the Manager at Reliance Industries Limited since 2020, holding the position of Deputy General Manager (Secretarial and Legal) at Asian Granito India Limited from 2011 to 2020, working as a Company Secretary at Deep Industries Limited from 2007 to 2011, and being associated with Aroma Hightech Limited from 2006 to 2007.

She is a member of ICSI, an expert on the Insolvency Code, and also holds a Master of Law- LLM from Gujarat University.
