Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha Set To Exit, Sharon Pais Likely Successor

Nandita Sinha is likely to step down as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Myntra in the coming weeks, as per sources. Sharon Pais, who heads Flipkart Fashion, is expected to take over and lead the company’s operations.

Sinha has been with the Flipkart group for over a decade and took over as CEO of Myntra in 2022, where she leads operations in the fashion and beauty segment. Before Myntra, she held leadership roles at Flipkart, managing categories and working with brands and sellers to address consumer demand. At Myntra, she has focused on expanding access to fashion and beauty through technology-led platforms. Sinha has been recognised in industry lists such as The Economic Times ‘Women Ahead’ in 2023 and Forbes W-Power List 2024. With over two decades of experience, she has worked across retail and e-commerce, focusing on business growth and digital adoption. She has also mentored teams and supported workplace initiatives focused on inclusion and development.

Pais has previously served as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Myntra, where she oversaw business performance, category management, revenue, marketplace operations, and growth initiatives. Her role includes leading programmes such as Myntra Rising Stars and M-Now, focused on supporting brands and expanding platform capabilities. She has over 15 years of experience within the Flipkart group, where she has managed categories including books, home, and fashion, and led functions such as loyalty, travel, and social commerce through Shopsy. Pais began her career at Procter & Gamble, working in sales, distribution, and trade marketing. Her experience spans category planning, product development, and demand generation across digital and retail businesses.
