Murli Sivaraman Reappointed As Independent Director Of ICICI Lombard

Murali Sivaraman has been reappointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, effective from January 17, 2025, subject to the approval of members of the company.

Vasundhara Bhonsle resigned as the Chief Customer Support of Operations as Key Management Person (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, effective January 20, 2025.

Sivaraman is a business executive with experience in Canada, Singapore, China, India, and London. He is currently serving as an Independent Director at Welspun Living Ltd., Welspun Global Brands Ltd., MedPlus Health Services Ltd., Pidilite Industries Ltd., and Huhtamaki India Ltd. He was the Executive Vice President of Singapore-based Philips Lighting and the President of Philips Lighting Growth Markets in his prior position. He has completed and integrated significant acquisitions in China, India, and the Middle East throughout his time at Philips. Sivaraman is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
