Murli Manohar Purohit Appointed Company Secretary of Bombay Burmah

Bombay Burmah Trading Corp. announced the appointment of Murli Manohar Purohit as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from September 7, 2023.

Purohit has over two decades of experience. He has earlier worked with organisations of repute in India and abroad, viz., Reliance Power Limited, Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Matrix Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited, Sterlite Industries Limited, and others. Murli Manohar Purohit is a qualified company secretary (ICSI, New Delhi), cost and management accountant (ICMAI, Kolkata), L.L.B. (Mumbai University) and also an M. Com. by qualifications. He has extensive expertise in the areas of corporate compliance, secretarial, legal, taxation, accounts and finance, etc.
