Munjal Auto Appoints Atul Patel, Sameer Khera and Sunil Vakil as Independent Directors

The Board of Munjal Auto Industries Limited has approved the appointment of Atul Haribhai Patel, Sameer Subhash Khera, and Sunil Chinubhai Vakil as Additional Directors to hold as Non-executive Independent Directors for five years with effect from April 18, 2024. Subject to the approval of the members of the company.

Vikram Chinubhai Shah, Naresh Kumar Chawla, Mahendra Sanghvi, Ramkisan Devidayal, Sudesh Kumar Duggal, and Jal Ratanshaw Patel have completed their second and final terms as Independent Directors and consequently retired on May 18, 2024.

The company has also informed that Rakesh Johari, who is working as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), will be relieved from his duties on May 25, 2024, instead of May 15, 2024, as informed earlier on April 20, 2024.
