Mukund Vasudevan, Karl Robin Joakim Landholm & Kerstin Enochsson Resign As Non-Independent Director Of SKF India
Mukund Vasudevan, Karl Robin Joakim Landholm, and Kerstin Enochsson have resigned from their positions as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors of SKF India Limited, w.e.f. January 12, 2026, due to their other preoccupancies and commitments.
Vasudevan has over 25 years of experience across India, the Middle East, and the United States. His professional background includes roles spanning P&L management, strategy formulation, sales leadership, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has worked across commercial and operational functions and has led teams in multi-market environments. He focuses on building teams through collaboration and stakeholder engagement, contributing to business execution in the ISEA region at SKF. Vasudevan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago.
Landholm has over 30 years of professional experience. He has previously worked with Axholmen Consulting, Hector Rail Group, and SAS Scandinavian Airlines. At SKF, he has been responsible for Group Operations and Sustainability, covering manufacturing, supply chain, information technology, quality, environment, health and safety, sustainability, and strategy. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and economics, with a major in corporate finance, and completed an exchange programme in MBA studies at the University of Michigan.
Enochsson has experience across supply chain management, including procurement, operations planning, and logistics, as well as sales and marketing, strategy, and OEM aftermarket business. Her roles have involved working in cross-functional and multicultural environments with responsibility for business delivery and execution. Enochsson holds a master’s degree in law from Freie Universität, Berlin, Germany, and an International Full-Time MBA from ESCP-EAP European School of Management, Paris, France.
