Mukesh Gupta Appointed Company Secretary of Peninsula Land

Peninsula Land Limited announced the appointment of Mukesh Gupta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 7th August 2023. He replaced Vishal Menon.

Mukesh Kumar Gupta has over 18 years of professional experience in the fields of Secretarial, Legal, and Capital markets, handling compliances of listed public and private companies. Gupta is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He secured the 5th Rank in India in the final examination for company secretaries. In addition, he holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
