Mritunjay Kumar Dev Designated As Company Secretary Of Hindustan Copper

Mritunjay Kumar Dev has been designated as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL). He will assume the responsibilities of his new role upon the expiry of the tenure of the current Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, C.S. Singhi, or immediately after Singhi’s separation, whichever occurs earlier.

Dev joined Hindustan Copper in 2015 and is currently the Senior Manager (Company Secretary) at HCL. He also serves as the Company Secretary of Chhattisgarh Copper Ltd., a joint venture and subsidiary of HCL. He has 16 years of experience in company law, SEBI regulations, Corporate Governance, and secretarial functions. Before joining HCL, he worked as Deputy Company Secretary at Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd. and as Company Secretary at Technico Industries Ltd. and Technico Kongsberg Automotive India Ltd.
